24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you want to cancel or change your appointment time, please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If not, there is a service charge of 50% on your appointed service fee or your appointed service portion on your gift card or voucher will be voided.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
For safety and sanitary reasons, we can only exchange or accept returns of unopened products within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
We only offer professional services. we politely decline requests of any form of sexual or unprofessional services. Continuous requests of such services will result in cancellation of all services or packages with no refund.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS:
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
